We understand that when you are looking for wood fencing for your property, you want something that will withstand weather. To maintain the beauty of your fencing for years to come, you’ll also want something that is easy to stain and waterproof. This is why A-1 Steel Fence prefers western pine cedar fencing. This beautiful wooden fence stays drier, has less shrinking and has the added benefit of fewer knotholes than the common wooden fence.
Whether you are interested in Postmaster Steel Posts or heavyweight posts for your wood fencing, we have both options available to you. While we always recommend a steel post, you may elect to use the 2 3/8” heavyweight posts.
Longevity is required in any fence. This is why we make sure that our posts are galvanized and rated for winds as high as 70 miles per hour. The beauty of these posts is they are designed for wooden fences so they require no brackets and add to the strength and beauty of a wood fence. We highly recommend posts spaced not more than 8’ on center. All fence posts are installed in a concrete footing adding to the stability and strength of your wood fence. |
